The mural pays tribute to actors Benjamin Bratt (Blood In Blood Out) Danny De La Paz (Boulevard Nights) Cheech Marin (Born In East L.A) Jaime Escalante (Stand & Deliver) who all featured in iconic movies filmed in East L.A.
Muralist paid tribute to famous East Los landmarks such as El Pino, 710 Freeway, East L.A Civic Center. The mural also shines light on musician groups Thee Midniters, Los Lobos and Quinto Sol. The mural represents cultural movements such as The Brown Berets and The National Chicano Moratorium.
