LOS ANGELES — Cal State LA’s women’s basketball team put in another good effort at home and was rewarded with a big California Collegiate Athletic Association victory.
The Golden Eagles had four players score in double figures and recorded a well-played 80-74 win over Humboldt State Saturday in University Gym. Cal State LA (8-10, 6-6 CCAA) won for the fourth time in its last five games and moved into eighth place in the conference, just one game back of Cal Poly Pomona and Stanislaus State.
