The Garfield (Los Angeles, CA) varsity softball team won Friday’s home conference game against Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA) by a score of 10-0.

The Garfield Bulldogs routed the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Friday’s league battle.
The Bulldogs (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against Bell (Bell, CA). The Eagles go into the Eastern battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Bell topped Huntington Park (Huntington Park, CA), 16-7, in a league battle.
The Rough Riders now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Schurr for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 15. Roosevelt will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 15-3.
