The Banning Pilots (Wilmington, CA) softball routed the host Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA), 17-5 in Friday’s non-league outing.
The Pilots now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Segundo for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 11. Banning will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA).
With the loss, Garfield moves to 1-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Arcadia (Arcadia, CA) to encounter the Apaches in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 11.
