Pitching dominates San Gabriel Valley all-star softball game
LA VERNE – The annual San Gabriel Valley senior all-star softball game had a showing of 37 talented players, from 25 area schools, and they brought plenty of offense in their bats for the game Monday at the University of La Verne’s softball complex.
However, it was the pitching that dominated the night in front of a packed house, as the Blue team managed to score two late runs in a 2-0 victory over the White team.
