The San Gabriel Valley All-Star softball doubleheader was on Monday at the University of La Verne that recognized the best-of-the-best from the San Gabriel Valley, Pasadena and Whittier areas. 80 players from local teams nominated by coaches that included the best freshman, sophomores, juniors and seniors took part. The 80 players selected were divided into four teams to create a Gold and Platinum game. Here are photos from Monday’s games.
