The Alhambra Moors softball squad (Alhambra, CA), was routed 15-5 in Saturday’s non-league contest with the visiting Sacred Heart of Jesus Comets (Los Angeles, CA)
With the triumph, Sacred Heart of Jesus improves its record to 5-7 on the year. The Comets travel to Pomona Catholic (Pomona, CA) to face the Pacers in a Santa Fe contest on Tuesday, April 1.
The Moors now hold a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Rio Hondo Prep for a non-league contest on Monday, March 31. Alhambra will face a Kares squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Flintridge Sacred Heart (La Canada-Flintridge, CA). The Kares record now stands at 5-2.
