The Schurr Spartans (Montebello, CA) softball routed the host Mark Keppel Aztecs (Alhambra, CA), 5-0 in Tuesday’s league bout.
The Spartans (20-1) will now prepare for their bout against Montebello (Montebello, CA). The Oilers go into the Almont bout with a 3-20 record. In their last bout, Montebello was routed by San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA), 10-8, in a league bout.
The Aztecs now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bell Gardens for a Almont bout on Thursday, April 14. Mark Keppel will confront a Lancers squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Alhambra (Alhambra, CA).
