LOS ANGELES – The No. 12 UCLA softball team homered twice in an 8-0 mercy-rule victory over Cal State Fullerton at Easton Stadium Tuesday evening.
The Bruins (23-9, 8-3 Pac-12) finished with twelve hits in the contest, including a 3-for-4 performance from shortstop Maya Brady. Freshman pitcher Kaitlyn Terry notched her fifth shutout of the season and improved her undefeated record to 11-0. Terry struck out eight of the 25 Titans (24-14, 10-2 Big West) she faced and limited Cal State Fullerton to five hits.
